Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I place a custom cake order?
- Fill in the custom order form on this page with your event date, flavour, frosting, size, and any notes. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm the details and arrange a deposit.
- How much notice do I need for a custom order?
- We ask for at least 5–7 days notice for custom cakes and decorated desserts. For large or highly detailed orders, 10–14 days is preferred. Contact us as early as possible to secure your date.
- Do you deliver custom cakes?
- Yes — we deliver within our delivery zone in Ontario. Your delivery area eligibility and fee are confirmed during the order process. Collection can also be arranged.
- Can I request allergen-free options?
- Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe food allergy so we can advise you.
- What is the payment and cancellation policy for custom orders?
- A deposit is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order receive a full refund.
